Change your Windows 7 Startup Sound

At first Download the Application from here http://www.mediafire.com/?ckru35uvtwsyigw 
Then try to click on Application
Then show it like as  below picture

Then Click on Replace for your desired sound (must be .wav format ) and select it then click Ok,Instantly you hear such that  selected sound. Be careful  your selected sound file never move from your selected folder.

Then click Exit
If you thought your previous start up sound was better then click Restore

If you have no (.wav) format sound file then you can convert your chosen sound file by using any converter software or you can use online help from here http://convertaudioonline.com/
